Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to test and validate Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Validate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to resolve defects.
- Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC and Agile development process.
Required Skills
- 8 years of Salesforce QA experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce testing, defect management, and test automation.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.
