Position Summary
The Internal Maintenance Supervisor oversees all day-to-day tasks completed by department hourly Team Members, including, but not limited to training, scheduling section assignments, inventory and equipment maintenance.

The Internal Maintenance Supervisor oversees all day-to-day tasks completed by department hourly Team Members, including, but not limited to training, scheduling section assignments, inventory and equipment maintenance.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
- Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas and casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Complete inspection forms and reports as required.
- Remain involved with all hourly tasks during shift.
- Assist in training and cross training hourly Team Members regarding OSHA standards and regulations. Document and submit records of such trainings to IM Manager.
- Report facility problems and required preventive maintenance.
- Assist in preparing punch lists of assigned areas.
- Determine times for deep cleaning in public and casino areas, and assign duties to ensure completion.
- Schedule Team Members to assigned shift/sections to ensure all sections and areas are adequately covered.
- Inventory supplies and ensure necessary items are ordered.
- Maintain a strict key and beeper control using proper written records as directed.
- Ensure all equipment is working properly.
- Prepare necessary work orders and ensure equipment is repaired and returned in a timely manner.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
