Essential Functions
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Service Standards at all times.
- Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
- Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
- Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects Company practices.
- Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards.
- Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino's policies.
- Know where the MSDS booklet is located for your area.
- Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
- Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities.
- Be familiar with cocktails and prices in order to fill any request for service.
- Complete assigned side‐work and any additional task with high degree of teamwork.
- Continuously observe and anticipate guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and well‐stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
- Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures. Know all cocktail and beverage pricing.
- Must retrieve glassware, including but not limited to beverage glasses and bottles from Casino and other assigned areas.
