What Winning In This Position Looks Like
Not all our crews end at the same time, and your exact end time will vary from day to day. On average, we wrap up around 5 p.m., but this can range anywhere from 3-7 p.m.

What Winning In This Position Looks Like
- Achieve the level of knowledge and responsibility to run your own service truck within 90 days.
- Achieve predetermined KPIs in close rate, average ticket, callbacks, and customer satisfaction.
- Set and accomplish individual goals no matter where you are in your career.
- 2 years of plumbing experience.
- A journeyman plumbing license, or you’re currently working towards your license.
- A growth mindset.
- You take initiative and don’t wait for things to happen to you.
- Humility to receive instructions, own mistakes, and take responsibility.
- Ability to interact with customers and other team members in accordance with our mission, vision, and values.
- Our start time depends on our schedule. We usually start between 7-8 a.m.

Compensation And Benefits
- A performance based commission pay that will provide you the opportunity to earn $100,000 - $180,000 annually.
