We’re looking for a new team member to join Grassroots Plumbing as a Plumbing Apprentice. The primary objective of this position is to help the team accomplish our mission and vision while learning the skills needed to become a Plumbing Service Expert.

What Winning In This Position Looks Like
Our start time depends on our schedule. We usually start between 7-8 a.m.
You will ride along with one of our Service Experts and assist them in accomplishing our scheduled jobs. You will then return to the office to wrap up the day. Not all our crews end at the same time, and your exact end time will vary from day to day. On average, we wrap up around 5 p.m., but this can range anywhere from 3-7 p.m.
We have weekly training sessions and ongoing coaching and support with the goal of helping you become a Service Expert. We will give you the training you need. In order to succeed, you must show up ready to learn and grow.
When you become a Service Expert, you will continue to function as part of our overall team but will also function as your own crew. As you progress in your skills and responsibilities, your pay will grow to reflect your progress.

- Starting pay is $16-$20 hourly, depending on your experience. Overtime pay included.
