Description: This Fluid Equipment Operator position is responsible for the efficient operation of the fluid equipment and processes throughout the fluid department. This position handles the first steps in the butter making process at our plant; the receiving and unloading of cream and the pasteurization of the cream before we process it into butter.
This position has long-term growth opportunities, and is an integral part of our production operations. This is a physically active position that requires critical thinking and time management skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
- Verify quality control items such as product composition, temperature, physical and chemical properties.
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of products manufactured and the processes involved.
- Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
- Efficiently operate pasteurizer, fluid receiving and CIP systems
- Demonstrate proficiency and willingness to work in tight and confined spaces, and from heights using fall protection equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
