We’re looking for people who are excited, dependable, and quick on their feet, with great energy and a strong attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful exposure to how a Michelin-star operation runs day-to-day, while also getting hands-on experience across a full range of events we produce across our concepts.
What you’ll do:
• Support restaurant operations day-to-day
• Assist with event planning day-of execution
• Build financial fluency in restaurant operations by tracking reservations, event minimums, labor, and purchasing, and learning how those levers drive performance
• Help prep and organize service event materials
• Support guest communications and logistics
• Coordinate across FOH/BOH/bar/events teams
Program details (must be able to commit):
📍 Miami | In-person
🗓️ June 1 – August 7 (10 weeks)
⏱️ 32–40 hours/week
📊 Paid hourly
Schedule may vary and may include nights and/or weekends. Interns must be available for the full 10 weeks.
