What We're Looking For
We're hiring Lawn Care Specialists who are ready to take their career to the next level. Whether you're experienced in the industry or just have a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Represent Grass Nerds with honesty, integrity, and pride
- Provide professional lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc.)
- Accurately measure lawns, offer quotes, and perform occasional on-site sales
- Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
- Work both independently and as part of a strong, supportive team
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance on the job
- Operate equipment safely and effectively in various weather conditions
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts outdoors
- Valid Driver's License (must-have)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to quality, professionalism, and teamwork
