Grass Masters is looking for someone who can walk into an appointment, control the conversation, build value, and get a signed deal. No babysitting. No hand-holding. You show up, you measure, you bid, you close.
What you’ll do:
Run pre-set, qualified appointments (no door knocking)
Measure jobs, build bids, and present
Handle objections and close the deal
Keep pipeline tight and follow up like a professional
What matters:
You can control a room
You don’t fold under pressure
You understand urgency and scarcity
You get paid to win, not to try
Comp:
Commission-based (high earning potential)
