Mazda Technician

Grappone Mazda is looking for a dynamic, motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing Mazda Service Team.

We are seeking an experienced technician who is self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have prior professional technician experience and the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently at a high level of expertise.

Position Requirements

• Prior professional automotive technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must be insurable through Grappone's insurance carrier
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Willingness to assist the Sales Department on a rotating schedule

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

We believe in maintaining a strong work/life balance while providing our guests with excellent service.

• Typical workweek: 40–45 hours
• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday schedule, with at least one Saturday per month
• One rotating late day per week, assisting the Sales Department until 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturday Sales Department support may extend until 5:30 PM
• Competitive wages offered to the right individual. Flat-rate technicians pay starting at $25.00 per flat-rate hour. Higher pay for advanced experience levels.
