Help Shape the Ecommerce Customer Experience

DuraLabel by Graphic Products is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to help move our ecommerce roadmap forward. This role combines hands-on ecommerce execution with performance reporting, analysis, and coordination across Marketing, IT, Sales, design, and other business teams.

The work may include improving onsite search, coordinating promotions, updating product and category content, reviewing revenue and conversion performance, investigating unexpected changes, quality-checking site updates, and defining requirements for new customer experiences.

The successful candidate will bring broad ecommerce and reporting capability, sound judgment, clear communication, and an interest in continued learning. Expert-level knowledge of every platform or channel is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and improve ecommerce campaigns, promotions, online merchandising, product discovery, and customer-retention programs.
  • Manage onsite search and merchandising using Algolia or a comparable platform, including search rules, ranking, synonyms, redirects, recommendations, and promotions.
  • Maintain product pages, category pages, product Q&A, ecommerce messaging, imagery, and related website content.
  • Support paid acquisition, retargeting, email, SEO, customer lifecycle programs, product catalog expansion, and future marketplace initiatives.
  • Own recurring ecommerce and campaign reporting across revenue, traffic, conversion, average order value, acquisition, retention, and customer behavior.
  • Maintain dashboards, validate automated reports, investigate unexpected results, and help resolve tracking or data-quality issues.
  • Interpret performance, explain findings clearly, and recommend the next practical steps.
  • Develop and evaluate tests involving messaging, promotions, product discovery, navigation, mobile experience, and checkout.
  • Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, IT, Sales, design, inventory, fulfillment, and other contributors; translate needs into clear requirements and responsibilities.
  • Perform quality assurance, maintain project documentation, and keep assigned roadmap work moving through launch, measurement, and follow-up.

Candidate Profile

  • At minimum, 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with an ecommerce website, product catalog, onsite search, digital campaigns, online merchandising, or a closely related function.
  • Ability to use reporting and analytics tools to understand performance and support decisions.
  • Ability to explain analytical findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical partners.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort coordinating several initiatives and contributors.
  • Demonstrated ownership, dependable follow-through, and sound judgment about when to seek direction or specialized support.
  • Curiosity about ecommerce tools, customer behavior, and improvements to the online buying experience.
  • Interest in a broad role spanning execution, reporting, analysis, and project coordination.
  • Ability to move comfortably between hands-on platform work, performance review, and collaboration with other teams.
  • Availability to work in a full-time, in-office team environment in Beaverton, Oregon.

Bonus Experience

Experience with any of the areas below is helpful, but these are bonuses rather than strict requirements:

  • Algolia or another onsite search, product-discovery, or ecommerce merchandising platform.
  • BigCommerce, GA4, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Paid media, email, marketing automation, customer-retention programs, SEO, product-content optimization, usability research, or conversion testing.
  • B2B ecommerce, industrial products, Amazon or another marketplace, website administration, basic HTML or CSS, or AI-assisted marketing tools.

Selection will consider demonstrated capability, judgment, and the ability to learn new tools and responsibilities.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Analytics, Communications, or a related field is helpful, but it is not the only path. We will also consider those with equivalent professional experience, certifications, portfolio work, military experience, or other demonstrated ecommerce and marketing capability.

How We Work

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position based in the Beaverton, Oregon office. The specialist works alongside an experienced Marketing team and collaborates directly with the people responsible for the website, campaigns, customer experience, sales processes, and business systems.

The role offers meaningful ownership and suits a person who enjoys solving practical problems and brings sound judgment, clear communication, curiosity, and dependable follow-through.
