Our team delivers end-to-end modernization projects—migrating monolithic architectures to component-driven, API-first stacks—while ensuring minimal business disruption and measurable ROI on UX and conversion metrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end website modernization projects—from discovery and audit to deployment and post-launch optimization—ensuring alignment with business KPIs and technical best practices.
- Architect migration strategies for legacy CMS or static sites into modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue) with headless CMS or Jamstack integrations.
- Collaborate with UX designers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to enforce performance budgets, accessibility standards, and SEO-friendly architecture.
- Manage technical debt reduction and content migration plans while coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and compliance teams.
- Define and track project milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Own QA validation, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and post-launch A/B testing to validate performance uplift and user engagement gains.
