Our Project Managers lead complex, mission-critical initiatives—balancing scope, risk, stakeholders, and velocity—with deep collaboration across engineering, product, and client success teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale software or business transformation projects, from initiation through delivery and post-launch support.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans—aligning with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Manage cross-functional teams (dev, QA, UX, operations) using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change requests—escalating when needed and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and executive reviews; maintain Jira/Confluence artifacts for full transparency.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver measurable business value at each milestone.
