Partners with educators, families and communities to provide effective learning environments for all students. Helps ensure success for all learners. Provides diverse expertise in classroom instruction and management including general and special education services. Develops collaborative relationships with Agency staff and school districts for school improvement activities. Provides services that are customer focused and based on district service plans.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an area of special education, or in another area of education plus 30 semester hours in instructional special education.
- Iowa license with special education and consultant endorsements.
- Four years of professional experience in K-12 education, two of which must be in special education.
