What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Video Project Manager (Content Production) position at Grant Cardone Enterprises?
Overview
At Grant Cardone Enterprises, content production is a high-speed, high-output operation.
We’re hiring a Video Team Project Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution
of all video production workflows. This role ensures that projects move from concept to final
delivery on time, on brand, and without bottlenecks.
You will sit at the center of the video team—working across editors, producers, A/V techs, and
marketing—to keep production running efficiently at scale.
This is not a passive coordination role. This is an execution role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Project Planning and Scheduling
● Build and manage production timelines across multiple projects
● Create daily and weekly production schedules, including shoot days and edit timelines
● Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and priorities
Workflow and Pipeline Management
● Oversee the full production lifecycle: pre-production, filming, editing, and delivery
● Track project progress and identify bottlenecks before they impact deadlines
● Manage task assignments across editors, shooters, and producers
● Maintain clear visibility into all active projects and deliverables
Team Coordination
● Act as the central point of communication between video, marketing, and leadership
● Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
● Coordinate internal teams and external resources when needed
● Keep production moving by resolving blockers quickly
Performance and Output Management
● Ensure consistent delivery of high-volume content (daily short-form, weekly long-form)
● Track output against deadlines and performance expectations
● Help optimize workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and content quality
Systems and Organization
● Maintain project management systems (Monday, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
● Ensure all assets, files, and deliverables are properly tracked and organized
● Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and SOPs
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
● The video team is consistently hitting deadlines with no missed deliverables
● Production schedules are clear, realistic, and consistently executed
● Bottlenecks are identified and resolved before they impact output

● Overall production speed and output have improved
Who This Is For
● You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments
● You can manage multiple projects at once without losing track of details
● You communicate clearly and keep teams aligned
● You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Who This Is NOT For
● You prefer slow-moving environments with minimal deadlines
● You struggle to manage multiple priorities at once
● You are not comfortable holding teams accountable to timelines
● You prefer working independently without cross-team coordination
Requirements
Must Have
