General Description:

Workforce Development Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of workforce development programs. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits and evaluations, and working closely with program staff to enhance service delivery and achieve program goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Oversight:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with program standards and regulations.
  • Monitor program activities and services to assess their effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of program processes and outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze program data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement recommendations to management.
  • Track and measure the impact of quality improvement initiatives on program performance and KPI’s.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement action plans for addressing quality issues and enhancing service delivery.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement efforts by identifying best practices and integrating them into program operations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with program participants, stakeholders, and community partners to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve quality-related concerns or complaints from clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners to support program quality initiatives.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities, audit results, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is organized and accessible for review and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, program management, or a related field; experience in workforce development or similar programs is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, data management software).
  • Ability to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
