Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency and support the team.Knowledge, skills and responsibilities:Communicate with the branch manager, team members, and vendors to ensure proper scheduling of order and delivery and inventory of productsEnsure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budgetTrack staffing requirements, support in hiring new employees as neededLead, motivate, and support your teamManage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer serviceQualifications:2 years’ proven experience in an operations management positionAbility to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer serviceKnowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)We are a family and community first company, and our benefits and opportunities prove it!
