Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living.
- Support patients with developmental disabilities and assist in critical care situations as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficient in patient care, assessment, and catheterization
- Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner
- Knowledge of physiology and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with IV infusion, tube feeding, and triage
- Background in long-term care, assisted living, or critical care settings

Pay: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
