Granite Creek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our amazing team! Hiring Full Time (Day and NOC Shift, Rotating Schedule) and PRN (As Needed) State Certified CNAs/ LNAs
We do 12 hour shifts - 6-6
Pay: $18.00-$23.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/long term care environment, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize charting systems to document patient care.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required - New Grads Welcome!
- BLS/CPR certification
- Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as a part of a team!
