What You’ll Do
- Create and manage sales documents, proposals and presentations
- Administer data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Receive and process commercial sales calls, quoting general pricing and assisting with complex service needs
- Support the sales team with contract administration and document management
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

What We’re Looking For
