Job Summary
Granger Warranty, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing warranty team. This position focuses on processing vehicle service contract purchases, assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, and providing excellent customer service over the phone and through email.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle warranty and service contract purchases accurately and efficiently
- Answer inbound customer phone calls regarding warranty plans and coverage options
- Assist customers with questions throughout the purchasing process
- Review vehicle eligibility and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and contract information
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely contract processing
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Respond to customer emails and follow-up inquiries
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous customer service, administrative, processing, dealership, finance, insurance, or warranty experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
