Pay: $40 – $60 per flat rate hour, with annual earning potential up to $150,000

Pay & Benefits • Flat Rate Pay: $40–$60 per hour, with annual earning potential up to $150,000

Ford Warranty Work: Pays up to $75 per hour

Qualifications

Ford Certified Technician (Senior Master preferred)

• Ford dealership experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations

• Ability to commute or relocate to Granger, IA Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles to factory standards

• Communicate repair status clearly with Service Advisors

• Work with the parts department to obtain needed parts

• Document all repairs performed and materials used

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures

• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal Schedule

• 8-hour shift, full-time

• In-person work required
