HR Generalist/ Recruiter
Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time HR Generalist/ Recruiter in our Human Resources department at our Taylorsville Headquarters.
Overview:
Granger Medical Clinic is looking for an HR Generalist/Recruiter to acquire new talent in our rapidly growing medical company. This person will be responsible for all recruitment tasks such as resume screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for over 25 clinic locations.
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 based on experience and education
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring manager to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills
- Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings
- Develop recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants
- Complete and distribute weekly and monthly staffing reports
- Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process
- Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews/screenings, refer candidate to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews
- Coordinate participation in various job fairs
- Develop/maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- File papers and documents into appropriate employee files
- Prepare new employee files
- Additional duties include execution and coordination of the onboarding and orientation process with new employees, utilizing ATS/HRIS, and documentation and reporting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels
- Present themselves professionally and ethically
- Sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image
- Full life cycle recruiting
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Human Resources experience required
- 3-5 years job specific experience
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Sedentary work, requiring lifting up to 10lbs
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment
- Inside, climate-controlled working conditions
