This role focuses on simple prep and assembly — boards, sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, and small plates — in a calm, outdoor café setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure consistency and maintain high standards.
- Design and execute seasonal menus focused on farm-to-table traditions
- Lead, train, and inspire the team.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity in menu development and plating.
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and cost control.
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality.
