Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver position based in Prosper, TX. As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, dressing, meal assistance, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship, support residents in maintaining their independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. The role involves collaboration with other team members and maintaining accurate records of care provided to residents.
Qualifications
- Experience with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with mobility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Organizational abilities to maintain care records and follow care plans
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care in a fast-paced environment
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
- Experience in memory care or senior living settings is highly beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to pass a background screening and meet health requirements such as TB testing
