We are seeking a full-time Caregiver for an on-site role located in Frisco, TX. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Additional duties may involve providing companionship, engaging in meaningful social activities, and monitoring the overall well-being of clients. The Caregiver will ensure that clients receive compassionate and respectful support tailored to their unique needs, promoting their comfort and independence.
- Experience in personal care, including assisting with grooming, bathing, and mobility
- Skilled in meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide companionship and emotional support
- Knowledge of basic healthcare practices, including medication reminders and recognizing signs of health changes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of clients at all times
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to varying schedules and client needs
- Experience working in in-home care or similar roles preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
