Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
• Execute commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Provide custodial services by maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Assist with housekeeping management duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
• Experience in cooking is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
