Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Provide custodial services by maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
- Experience in cooking is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
