Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly communication and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation handling, and guest account management
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with night audit duties, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests swiftly and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hotel management best practices preferred
- Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette focus
