What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience managing business applications, highly preferred, especially:
- HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
- FileMaker Pro
- 3rd party website integrations and/or web-based platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data structure, API integrations, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
- Prior experience in systems administration or IT project management.
- Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, etc.).
- Experience training users and writing documentation.
