In this role, you’ll spend your time visiting businesses in person, introducing them to AT&T’s latest telecom solutions, and guiding them through the decision-making process. Your focus is simple: connect with decision-makers, promote the right services for their needs, and close sales that help their business run more efficiently.
Role Requirements for a Telecom Sales Assistant:
- Serve as the first point of contact for AT&T Business clients, providing direct support and expert guidance.
- Respond to service inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot basic technical issues with professionalism and speed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of AT&T Business products and solutions to deliver tailored client assistance.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, updates, and service activities using internal CRM systems.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data integrity standards while managing sensitive business account details.
- Build lasting relationships with local businesses, promoting client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
