As a B2B Client Associate, you will represent our telecommunications client, AT&T, during meetings with local business customers. By engaging in direct, consultative conversations, you will uncover customer objectives, recommend applicable service solutions, and ensure a positive sales experience. B2B Client Associates complement our sales firm by providing a key link between AT&T and businesses that will benefit from their products and services.
B2B Client Associate Responsibilities:
- Secure positive sales results through effective conversations that build interest and encourage further engagement
- Recommend AT&T products and services with a focus on appealing to business customer needs and delivering clear value
- Maintain accurate records to support efficient follow-up and long-term relationships with local business customers
- Assist new business customers through the sales and enrollment process for smooth onboarding for both them and the client
- Troubleshoot customer concerns using industry knowledge, product expertise, and B2B Client Associate protocol to ensure top-level customer service
- Consistently improve on sales performance by collaborating with client management and sales teams to identify local patterns
B2B Client Associate Qualities:
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a Business or Technology-related field is a plus
- Reliability, accountability, and a commitment to both personal and B2B Client Associate team success
- 1-3 years of experience in a people-facing role such as customer service, sales hospitality, leadership, or similar roles
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt during customer conversations
- Strong communication skills that build rapport and confidence in the client
