We are a sales and business development firm working with telecommunications clients serving the greater Philadelphia area. We specialize in connecting leading brands with the right business clients through personalized sales and professional outreach.

As a B2B Client Associate, you will represent our telecommunications client, AT&T, during meetings with local business customers. By engaging in direct, consultative conversations, you will uncover customer objectives, recommend applicable service solutions, and ensure a positive sales experience. B2B Client Associates complement our sales firm by providing a key link between AT&T and businesses that will benefit from their products and services.

B2B Client Associate Responsibilities:

  • Secure positive sales results through effective conversations that build interest and encourage further engagement
  • Recommend AT&T products and services with a focus on appealing to business customer needs and delivering clear value
  • Maintain accurate records to support efficient follow-up and long-term relationships with local business customers
  • Assist new business customers through the sales and enrollment process for smooth onboarding for both them and the client
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns using industry knowledge, product expertise, and B2B Client Associate protocol to ensure top-level customer service
  • Consistently improve on sales performance by collaborating with client management and sales teams to identify local patterns

B2B Client Associate Qualities:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a Business or Technology-related field is a plus
  • Reliability, accountability, and a commitment to both personal and B2B Client Associate team success
  • 1-3 years of experience in a people-facing role such as customer service, sales hospitality, leadership, or similar roles
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt during customer conversations
  • Strong communication skills that build rapport and confidence in the client

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
