Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Process and record received materials in the inventory management system.
- Prepare shipping documents both inbound and outbound.
- Send ASN's electronically to customers who require them
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders according to specifications and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts.
- Move and organize materials within the warehouse and to/from production areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
