Construction Laborer
Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to Special Projects Manager
Skills:
- Hand digging/removing hazards
- Self-motivated
- Loading /unloading materials
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Experience operating heavy equipment and CDL driver’s license are a plus
- Safety working in and around heavy equipment
Specialized Training Requirements:
- On-the-job training of equipment and safety practices
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Age Restrictions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Safety and Health Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Responsible for personal health and safety
- Must adhere to Park-wide 20mph speed limit (2mph thru front gate)
- Follow all GMSF safety and first aid guidelines

Principle Accountabilities
- Must be willing to take instruction and job assignments from Special Projects Manager and complete to company standards
- Possess ability to work cooperatively with all Park staff
- Operate job-related equipment with a “safety first” approach for yourself, co-workers, and guests
- Must be self-motivated and driven to complete tasks
