Responsibilities
- Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and onsite personnel to ensure work progresses smoothly and safely.
- Review construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution of plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to project plans.
- Supervise project teams by providing clear direction, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on excellence.
Experience
- Valid DOB issued license as a Construction Superintendent
- Extensive hands-on experience in construction site supervision preferred but nor required
