Grand View Windows & Doors is looking for a dependable, professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a well-established company serving the Oklahoma City area, and we need someone who is organized, motivated, and ready to work.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments, deliveries, and installations
- Working with customers in person and by phone
- Assisting with sales support and basic product knowledge
- Following up with customers and helping keep jobs organized
- Working with our team to keep projects moving smoothly
- Learning our window, door products.

- Sales experience is a plus
