Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group instruction in both tennis and pickleball for guests of varying skill levels
- Design and lead engaging clinics, lessons, and recreational play sessions
- Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants
- Assess guest skill levels and tailor instruction to meet individual needs and goals
- Promote participation in tennis and pickleball programs and activities
- Maintain courts, equipment, and overall cleanliness of the tennis and pickleball facilities
- Enforce safety standards and proper use of equipment at all times
- Assist with scheduling lessons, managing reservations, and tracking participation
- Support special events, tournaments, and group activities as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience teaching or coaching tennis required; pickleball instruction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals; working knowledge of pickleball rules and gameplay
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work with individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
- Energetic, engaging, and professional demeanor
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to demonstrate techniques and actively participate in play
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs
Work Environment:
- Outdoor setting in varying weather conditions
- Fast-paced, guest-focused resort environment

Salary : $19 - $22
