Laundry Attendant

As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll be in charge of sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens to keep our resort feeling fresh and fabulous. But more than that—you’re a key player in our mission to create lasting memories for our guests. Great service starts everywhere, and the laundry room is no exception!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Fold fresh linen like a pro and place items on shelves or in the correct carts

• Sort dirty laundry and separate items like a laundry ninja

• Pre-treat stains before washing to save the day (and the sheets!)

• Keep washers and dryers running throughout the day

• Weigh each load before washing and keep track like a laundry scientist

• Use the right amount of detergent and check machines are doing their thing

• Transfer clean laundry from washer to dryer and then to folding area

• Clean out dryer vents daily (safety first!)

• Keep the laundry area tidy and hazard-free—clean spaces = happy faces

• Report any needed repairs or maintenance to the Laundry Manager

• Maintain resort-quality standards to keep guests feeling pampered

• Tackle other laundry-related missions as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent time management and can-do attitude

• Love for routine tasks and team-focused work

• Comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs occasionally (bonus points if you lift with flair!)

• Ability to be on your feet and moving for 6–7 hours a day

• Can read basic labels and write simple reports (no poetry required… unless you want to)

Your Background:

• High school diploma or GED

• OR one year of relevant experience in laundry or hospitality

• Valid driver's license may be required for some roles
