Prepare food following our recipes, standards, and quality expectations
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for action—start to finish
Make every plate picture-perfect in taste, presentation, and consistency
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines—think "always ready for inspection"
Be prepped and ready to roll when service starts
Work well with team members from all backgrounds—kitchens run best with good vibes
Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a polished, professional appearance
Communicate with your supervisor about equipment issues or inventory needs
Pitch in with other kitchen duties as needed—we’re all in this together!
Job Requirements
Comfortable doing repetitive tasks with care and consistency
Able to manage your time and meet deadlines, even during busy service
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Able to stand and walk for long periods (6–7 hours), climb stairs, bend, and reach
Can read basic safety labels and write clear notes and reports
Meet the cooking skills expected for your level (we’ll go over this in detail)
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
OR at least one (1) year of related kitchen experience
A valid driver’s license may be required for certain roles involving company vehicles
