What You’ll Do

• Support full-cycle A/P
• Ensurecompliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
• Organize,register, scan, and invoices, checks, and other documents
• Code invoices for all locations based on USALI standards
• Import company credit card charges and reconcile to statements
• Open,scan, and/ordistribute daily mail
• Providesupport to internal business partners
• Assistthe Finance Department with administrative tasks
• Executeadditionaltasks as needed

• Foundationalknowledge in data entry
• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Oneyear of experiencein A/P roleORAA Degree is Business/Accountingpreferred
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in Excel
