Camp Lake Hubert is seeking a Division Director to join our summer leadership team. Division Directors oversee the camper experience for specific age groups, supporting counselors and ensuring campers have a safe, positive, and meaningful summer.
Preferred Start Date: May 15
Compensation: $1,800 per month
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor counselors within the division
- Monitor camper wellbeing and support cabin groups
- Help mediate camper or counselor conflicts when needed
- Ensure camp rules, policies, and expectations are followed
- Assist with division programming and camper communication (CLs)
- Check in regularly with staff and provide guidance throughout the summer
- Complete required administrative tasks and communicate with camp leadership
Qualifications
- Previous summer camp experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and support staff
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Interest in youth development, leadership, or camp management
