As an Entry-Level Installation Technician, you’ll gain hands‑on training while assisting with the installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment, ductwork, hoods, vents, and related components under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role is ideal for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and motivated to grow their skills in the skilled trades.
You’ll be based out of our Traverse City office and travel to job sites throughout Northern Michigan, with occasional assignments outside our normal service area based on project needs. This provides valuable exposure to a wide range of commercial environments across the region.
