Position Details:
- Position: Outdoor Maintenance Technician
- Shift Premiums: $5.00/hour for afternoon, midnight, Saturday, and Sunday shifts

We are looking for an Outdoor Maintenance Technician to help maintain our outdoor facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, handling equipment, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the grounds, walkways, and parking areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform seasonal outdoor tasks including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and leaf cleanup.
- Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, and outdoor structures.
- Operate and maintain equipment like mowers, blowers, snowplows, and chainsaws.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs and weather-related events as required.
- Assist with special projects or repairs as needed.
- Experience with outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of small engine repair and maintenance.
- Comfortable operating power tools and heavy equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s License preferred, or ability to obtain one within 120 days).
- Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
- May require lifting, bending, and prolonged physical activity.
- Occasional weekend or holiday work required.
