Starting Pay $13.89-$17.36 (DOE)
Qualifications:PREREQUISITES:
General: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for a tribal non-gaming license.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business office preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an administrative role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software like Paycom. Experience with data entry and recordkeeping. Knowledge of common recruitment and evaluation techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Physical: Requires normal (or adjusted to normal) hearing, visual acuity, speech, and finger dexterity, as well as abilities for reaching and grasping. Must be able to tolerate sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 30 lbs. or more.
