Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead and oversee various projects within our organization, with a primary focus on commercial and multi-family projects. You will collaborate with the General Contractor, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet stringent schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from start to finish
• Create project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate and facilitate inspections with city and state as required
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and closeout documents.
• Perform project close out walk throughs and verify all punch list items are complete
• Effectively delegate tasks and duties to the project team and ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates to General Contractor on project status

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and familiarity with code compliance

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience in the construction field
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction related field preferred
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations, particularly those specific to commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
