The Accounting & Operations Manager position reports directly to the president and is responsible for various accounting workflows, including order processing, AP/AR, financial reporting, and cash flow projections. Responsibilities also include various office management tasks. Strong customer-facing communication skills are a plus.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Order entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Issue vendor purchase orders
Issue weekly cashflow planning report, monthly sales reports
Assist the President with various administrative / office management tasks
Customer-facing communications: phone, video conferencing, email
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Experience with accounting software (Sage preferred) is mandatory
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
Demonstrable experience with
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Slack, Monday.com
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
