Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Housekeepers to join our Grand Patrician Resort hotel cleaning team and ensure that our hotel guest rooms are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various environments, providing exceptional service to clients and guests. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel guestrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel, residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or other housekeeping roles.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with janitorial equipment and commercial cleaning tools is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and bending frequently.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Ability to keep a great attitude while working with a great team.
