We’re hiring a dependable, responsible, friendly valet attendant who loves helping people and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll provide excellent customer service at our property daily and during special events by greeting guests when they arrive, parking guest vehicles in the designated area, and then retrieving the vehicles upon guest departure in a safe manner. Qualifications
- A passion for superb guest service and strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Can drive a vehicle with automatic and manual transmission
- Have strong physical capacity to lift heavy luggage and run to parking lot for vehicle retrieval
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket
- Take care of other necessary duties as assigned
- Support guests by taking care of their luggage and ensuring it’s placed in a secure area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and be ready to converse about hotel events or answer questions about hotel services
- Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner
