Job Summary:
Grand Motor Cars is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Assistant to support daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices and be capable of managing onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation and employee file maintenance
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR databases and records
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and SOPs
- Assist in implementing and improving HR processes and workflows
- Support payroll-related activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance practices
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience or knowledge of the automotive industry
- Experience working in a multi-location or dealership environment is a plus
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
