The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in and around our Colorado Springs market Pizza Hut locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, guest experience, and driving results.
What You’ll Do
- Own daily restaurant operations including scheduling, ordering, and team development
- Ensure guests receive a consistent, high-quality experience with hot, fresh food
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Manage P&L performance by controlling labor, inventory, cash, and expenses
- Review financial reports and take proactive steps to improve results
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members
- Lead performance management, coaching, and team recognition
- Inspire a positive, collaborative, family-oriented culture
- Partner with Area Leaders and peer GMs to drive business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proven ability to hire, train, and lead high-performing teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service standards
- Excellent leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
