Leading Clinical Excellence with Compassion- Registered Nurse
Our Registered Nurse oversees every aspect of resident clinical care—from assessments and care planning to monitoring changes and coordinating with families at our senior living. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care that meets regulatory standards while supporting the Clinical Nurse Supervisor and care teams.

What You’ll Do:
1. Resident Care Management
· Perform routine and as-needed assessments of residents' health conditions.
· Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate
follow-up.
· Monitor and manage chronic conditions, wound care, and acute concerns.
2. Clinical Documentation & Orders
· Accurately document all assessments, care interventions, incidents, and outcomes.
· Process physician orders in a timely and accurate manner.
· Maintain ate MAR/EHR records.
3. Incident & Change of Condition Follow-Up
· Investigate and document all incidents, including falls, skin issues, and other events.
· Implement interventions and communicate with families and providers as appropriate.
4. Family & Provider Communication
· Serve as a liaison to families regarding resident care updates and changes in condition.
· Ensure effective communication with external providers (physicians, pharmacies, labs).
5. Team Leadership & Delegation
· Delegate tasks appropriately to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
· Provide coaching and clinical guidance to direct care staff as needed.
6. Resident Experience Support
· Respond to pendant calls promptly.
Promote a respectful, safe, and dignified care environment
Qualifications:
· RN license in good standing (state-specific requirement)
· 1–2 years of nursing experience in assisted living or long-term care
· Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
· Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
